If you received your order and it is incorrect/missing, please contact us at (littleplanett2000@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will help resolve any issues regarding your order.

✰ Shipping time?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed and shipped.
✰ I haven't received my order, what do I do?
We are not liable for any lost, missing or stolen orders. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays or issues with the carrier. If you are having any issues, please contact your local post office to help resolve the issue. We have no control over any orders once shipped, please make sure that you put the correct shipping address when you place your order.

✰ How do I know if an item will fit?
Measurements are always provided in the description! We flat lay our measurements, if you would like to know the complete front and back measurements just double the amount (ex. PTP: 12+12). Sizing on vintage clothing is a bit different, sometimes tags say a certain size but isn't the correct size. We will always add the size we think will fit best in the description to make the shopping experience easier!

✰ Where are you located and am I able to shop in person?
We are located in Houston, Texas! We currently do not have a storefront, but we usually do markets in the Houston area. If you would like to shop in person, follow our Instagram (@littleplanetfinds) for any updates!
